In a bid to keep preseason as fresh and as varried as possible loco hit the award winning beaches of Bournemouth for some wet and sandy action…

Summer of Loco Love!

The Great British Summer weather has arrived and so too has the Loco Preseason 2009!!

After a couple of well attended sessions in the past two weeks with fitness General Legg in charge momentum and fitness levels are growing nicely. (Photos of the beach session to follow)

This week’s session is to be held at our home pitch: King George Playing Fields, Ferndown @ 7pm

We would encourage all of last seasons crop of uninjured loco legends to attend the training and please feel free to invite along any football skilled pals to join in. We are still looking for a few players to add depth to the squad and join in with the loco love.

This Thursday is also the BIG SIGN ON and please would all those interested in signing up (regarless of your injury status) and ready for a championship push this season in the Loco colours bring their £30 and couple extra for a beer to the White Heather Pub 8:30pm onward.
