Ferndown Locomotive was born as "Ferndown Locomotive". It was so named after ex-Bournemouth player Steve Robinson, who's light-weight technique was something very similar to Jon Sharkeys teenage drinking habits. Also one of the players would only play if the word "Loco" was going to be used in the team-name.
