Jimmy Redford is a Londoner that has quite nicely adapted to life here down on the South Coast. He is a bloody funny bloke to listen to, and although some of us shy away from belly laughter with some of the comments he makes, you can tell that the words this fine fellow says is never ever in… jest.

He is a dedicated squad player and makes up the Loco defence, with his thunderous headers, tough tackling, and an all too frequent desire to go forward and score a goal.

Jimmys other love besides headering everything on a Sunday morning is Tesco’s. Loco’s policy of no partying the night before is shunned by our skipper from Landaaaan, as he can regulary be found in the early hours of Sunday morning in the aisles of what he calls ‘the 4th emergency service’.

The 2010/11 season has seen Jimmy’s rubbish fitness and go-go gadget arms be best put to use in nets and what an impact he made! When DC was absent Jimmy did a cracking job keeping the waves of attacks at bay, only conceding an average of 6 every game…get back into defence son!!! Skip, we salute you!
