Jonny Haines

I really really tried, however I simply couldn’t muster a profile for Jonny without using the word “cheeky” - so here we are…

Jonny Haines is Loco’s cheeky chappy.  A quick mover, both on the dance-floor and the football pitch, Jonny is a natural goalscorer who is very devoted to the Loco cause.  He finished last season being Loco’s Player of the Season and top scorer - despite being out through some of it through injury.

This player started off in 2007/08 as a quiet lad, but he quickly got confident, and both socially and technically, the lad became a revelation for Loco, netting in nearly every game he played, and becoming a key outlet - complementing the robust Ali Carmichael up front.

Jonny is around again this season and, with him around, the changing room is always happier and the mood is always good.  Never one to shy away from taking the piss, or having the piss taken out of him, Jonny is looking to notch another 20 or so goals this season as Loco look to challenge for honours at the end of the season.
