Paul Cashmore

Paul Cashmore is player/manager of Ferndown Locomotive.  He is possibly the most pivotal member of the Loco squad, judging by the fact that he decides who plays and who doesn’t play - similarly though, on the pitch, Cash is an excellent player - and his previous experience at higher levels is obvious to see.

Sometimes the wearer of lucky pants and t-shirts, Cash doesn’t use Sat Nav and can be often found in other localities when the post match beer is actually at the Cat and Fiddle in Christchurch.

Paul is passionate about Loco and strives to see every player doing the best as they can.  The overall theme (or lack of it) during the 2006/07 season was fitness, therefore Paul organised for the squad to start pre-season training early, only for us to get thrased to death by the man that is known as “Trevor”.

Cash kept up the managers’ trend of promotion every two seasons, however is looking to break the mould this season with maybe two on the trot… who knows…
